why don't we use a coding language to make a coding language?

we have python, 3 types of c, java script, java, and many more... just run 1 code language to make an extremely powerful code language. (in the end only 2 code languages are being ran)

There is no three types of C. C is only one the other is C++ and C#. Don't go on the character of C. They are different Programming Languages. You are right but every languages syntax and way of working is different so it is not possible to combine all languages in a single language.

There are some Python extensions, such as Brython and Jython, Brython is Python Intepreted into JavaScript and Jython is Python Intepreted into Java, so that could be thought as combining. And Cython is Python compiled into C, I've also understood that you could run C with Python programs. When learning Numpy it was much highlighted how Numpy is highly written in C to combine both Python's readability and C's runspeed. But I don't know how to do that.

I don't know whether there are other languages that can be "combined" like Python.
