Are tutorials the only Sololearn features available offline?
Considering that everything else needs constant communication with a server I guess my assumption is correct?

š®š³Omkarš your own codes are available offline (when I turned data off) but only the web codes seem runnable which makes sense unless any server communication is required.

~ swim ~ true. They may need to download at least 20 ads in advance to your device maybe.

Sonic , yes. because all codes except web run on SL servers. making all nonweb codes work offline will make SL more bulk and heavy app. Probably with more bugs. You can't also ignore development cost.

Your own codes are also available offline. turn data off and check your codes you can access all the codes offline. just need network connectivity for saving them.
but sometimes latest version of code is not available. if you save your code now ,exit app check code offline then you maybe watching old version, saved earlier. not the latest one.
if you have never scrolled down through all your codes or if you have have installed app just a some time before then only some or no codes will be available offline.

Aren't you also available to read bookmarked lessons offline?
Or your question left unclear to me.

Seb TheS I put the bookmarked lessons in the same category as tutorials.
