I use brackets, sometimes notepad also.

You can find others on net or sololearn using search bar.

If you are beginner I'll suggest using notepad. You may not find in comfortable but as it doesn't have features like auto correct ,auto completion it'll make you do all work manually. Obviously writing entire code will make you remember better than using auto completion.
