What if my OS is windows 10 is it allow to use this apps what i mean is it is compatible?

Not sure what your asking, but I'm using Windows 10 and have been doing a lot on this site. Not sure what you mean by "apps", but you can use the "Learn on the Web" to take the courses on your browser.
