Why Is This Code Not Accepting Input On Sololearn ??

Question

I wrote this code in code::blocks and its work fine. But when I run it on Sololearn compiler, cin.getline() doesn't seem to respond, and I can't receive input into my character array. Does anyone know why its that way??
