If it's just little code snippet . just copy and paste . You can share that via email, message whatever you find convenient.

If code is on Sololearn share link, they can watch in browser even if they don't have account , app.

You can share web codes on codepen.

also you can try this site:

if it's big project you can share it via your github repo.
