Why computer cannot understand our language like android mobiles??

We need programming languages to make work with computers, all are saying that computer only understands binary language, but we can decode binary in to alphabetical letters, why not computer cannot take English letters to binary to avoid all programming languages.

Computers are generally made up of micro-chips and other micro circuits. These chips and circuits consists of millions of TRANSISTORS which are nothing but switches that can either detect a high voltage or a low voltage depending upon the input. The high and low voltages can be considered as ON and OFF or 1 and 0. These transistors do not have any other state so this is how the binary representation was adopted which turned out to be good and easy for doing different calculations.

Modern higher languages like for example Python do look a lot like English already. Natural language normally isn't precise enough. You can not rely on that the computer 'will somehow get you' - it's a machine after all. So I suspect a certain difference has to remain.

We will getting there soon, maybe.. Its still a long way. Lets see from binary to machine something(idk) to c to c++ to java to newer to newest.. Maybe in the future.. We can build program just by talking to computer. Like games, in the past, everything is made from scratch, now we have game engine. Drag n drop game making is possible now. Samething happen to other software too. The geek never stop tho. AI for the future like "jarvis" in Iron Man 😂
