What should I learn for mobile app development flutter or ionic?

I would say depending on what matters most to you. If you value simplicity, completeness, and widespread support on the internet, or if you are already quite familiar with web languages, then Ionic would be a good choice. If you value speed, customisation, and are okay writing small amounts of native code if necessary, then Flutter would be a great choice. Both support Android and Apple (Sorry Windows Phone), though Ionic currently has better support for transitioning your app into a web app, and a subsequent PWA. One final thing to consider is that Flutter is the language of choice for development on Google's upcoming OS, Fuascia, although the ability to be converted into a PWA should keep Ionic competitive as well.
