In terms of difficulty it doesn't make sense because you'd start with the most difficult language. Yet C++ is still a great language to learn and it will also help you to understand how other languages work and once you know C++ most other languages are easy to learn. I recommend you to learn C before you start with C++ because this is easier and helps you to understand both languages more in depth. I wouldn't plan which languages to learn yet but you can decide where you'd like to continue after you finished learning your first language.

If you want to learn java then go ahead but previous experience with any other language would help you immensely. JavaScript is different then Java so you can learn that directly as well. As Aaron Eberhardt suggested to learn C then learn C++ is a good idea but a lot of people do not agree with that since most of them have never learnt C. So it's upto you to begin with C++, Java or JavaScript directly or may be start with C.
