How is decided the time limit needed to answer the question in challenge ?

I am really getting nervous when in chalange questions I see 2 or more nested loops with many if_else conditions inside and other stupid code, and with all of this, very little time period to answer the question.

no I agree there is no proper time limit, but you will get the idea about how to answer that question cause you don't have to look to hard for nested if and loops.

I don't know why but I think those programs are written to remind us that nobody is perfect so keep practising.
