viewing web project on mobile

Question

I have a project (html,css,js) file on my mobile but I am unable to view it as my browser (local or chrome) is not able to recognise the location.
Is there any app to view web projects on mobile ?

No need of other app. Just go to file manager and search your html file. Just touch that file. It will either open your file into default browser or it will give you options of browsers install in your mobile.

Thanks Martin Taylor.
I have tried to see the details of the index.html file and then copying the address from there and putting the exact same in mobile Chrome browser. It worked.
