What helped me:
First thing i think is that you know what you can eventually do with the language and that you like doing it! Find the usage of these languages and focus on what motivates you about them.
1. Find good sources for learning(in ebooks or websites like edx, coursera ) and commit to learning something everyday.
2. Practice what you learn and play around with it
3.just as you are progressing and studying, go back to the parts you've read before and see if you can remember them throughly, if not, study them again( it's important that this time gap is not more than a couple days or a week at most), as you go forward you can increase the time gap.
4.if you don't understand a certain concept , leave it be and learn other stuff, then come back to that and study again.
5. As soon as you have a general sense of what's going on with the syntax, start practicing and solve lots of problems. With each problem that you solve successfuly, remind yourself that you are progressing and be happy about it :)

Make a suitable daily target.
Make a daily target to practice Python or HTML (not both) for a certain amount of time. (maybe from hour to 3 hours, but avoid starting with too big target)
Timer is important, always set timer for the time you were supposed to study.
After you have continued this for few weeks you might increase the daily target by a little. The most important is that you'll get this practice into habit, it makes you very effective in learning.
You also need to know that uderstanding the tutorial isn't enough, you will also need to use what you've learned (those code coaches are good).

the new code coach challenges are great for practicing what you know! the best way to practice is to actually code. anything you dont know can be found on google with an explanationïżŒ as well :)

Can anyone tell me where to find best videos for learning html and Python free

there are Courses for python in websites like edx, coursera which mostly have videos and texts and can even include subtitles etc(for free)... search them for the courses that suits you most( read the details of what each course has to offer, what organization is introducing it etc...) , you can usually download the material too for future reference.
There are other sites making videos too like code academy or freecodecamp, or on you tube.
