Learn one or various languages?

What do you consider better? learn one language to full and later learn another, or learn various at same time?

for web designing(HTML CSS JavaScript)you can learn together but for high level languages (Java Python C++ ,etc) I prefer learn one at a time

It depends on your goal.Like for example if you want to create a webpage you need to have knowledge of HTML,CSS,Java script together. one without the another is incomplete.But you can learn c++ and java completely and then start another language.

Choice of programming language depends on your needs. But once you learn one language then it's not that difficult to transition to other languages. You just need to learn it's syntax.
