Yes you can, very easily. Just create a dropbox account, upliad your image there, then create the link for the image... Use the link as your source for your img element

You convert it into a link and use the <img tag.

The simple think yo can do that
In PC/Laptop go to browser and sign in to your Google account then go to google photos and right click to our image and then click copy image address and then use as src(Source)
