If I learn all the courses what would be my career title? Like, am I a web developer or software engineer...

The courses here are very basic. All of them. Even if you learned them all, you'd have only some rough overview of what's out there. You would be not even close to developer. But you'd have a good start. Better, as Avinesh suggested, is to concentrate on one branch instead of learning it all, but diving deeper into it. For example, if web interests you, you could do HTML, CSS and Javascript, and then start to write web code, gradually adding more knowledge from other sources. It really depends on what exactly you want to do with code.

Learning all languages, having knowledge is good but you should be master in one atleast as Avinesh said.
