Mysql is not starting in Ampps (windows 10)

Question

I am programming a website in PHP and I downloaded Ampps in my windows 10 laptop. Apache is running , PHP - 7.3 version running but mysql is stopped and unable to start.

I already tried "innodb_force_recovery = 1" in mysql configuration but it still not working.

Please help me to run it.

Luuk Oosterhuis : Brother, it doesn't give any error message. The button doesn't works and doesn't give any type of output.

Luuk Oosterhuis already tried, my brother but it's not working. I asked from my college teacher but she also had no idea. Then , I asked from my french friend who is also a software engineer but he also didn't able to help me out. My project stopped just because of it :(
