What if i want yo make a similar website like Swiggy , languages i need to learn and time required if given 12hrs a day

I am beginner , want to develop easy simple website , not so much details like of swiggy website , i want to learn it quick

Swiggy is an ecommerce website which is currently status 403 and can't seem to connect with their app source code at the moment.

Thanks , it will help me in long term , but i want to make a similar website like it , like you have a list of restaurants in website and then some items then add to cart , and no app
