How can I make a good responsive videos / images website?

I don’t know if I should start with a code and then show you what I got, if I need to do that I will.
But,...
Mainly, I’m talking about how I would make the videos responsive, and flexible.
Something like this website, It’s flexible as I make the browser smaller or bigger:

I did it on w3Schools so you are able to resize the screen.
