How can one end up with a job in Google?

Google tests you in algorithm and data structures regardless of the post one applied for. According to people who have worked for Google the interview itself is difficult than the actual job. Google doesn't give priority based on graduation UG/PG. One should have experience in building a few functional projects to stand out from the other developers. There are nano degrees offered by Google. these degrees are so difficult to complete that few top companies offer you a job just for having this certification without even conducting an interview or any type of tests. I read a blog in Quora where 4 people with this nano degree were offered a job from Flipkart.

If you got somebody working for Google to vouch for you otherwise you need to show experience, skill, knowledge, contribution to a lot of project, strong networking so get a lot of good reference, make your name be known to the point where many company beg you to work for them.
