if for some reason you can't, in Python code playground there will be a suggestion bar with stuff like quotes and parentheses. Drag that to the left and it'll show more characters including forward slash.

Otherwise, download a new keyboard from a app store.

My galaxy Tab 4 has a "sym" button in the lower left corner of the on screen keyboard, pressing it gets you to the symbol keyboard. there is a button "1/2" that gets you to the second symbol keyboard which contains the forward slash key.
