Here a "number with fractional part" what does it mean??

Is it 5/2 or 2.5

Fraction part is after the dot part.
In 2.5,
The 2 is whole number part and after point, .5 is fraction part.
Numbers with fraction part are called decimal num ers and float or double types in programming languages.
Without fraction part are the whole numbers called as integers in PLs.

Edit: Asking these simple questions here is not a good sign for you(expecting you competed schooling). First you should try to know these by your own or else ask your teacher.. If not get answer, then ask others..
