I want to know more about solving problems and i want you to advice me where to start??!!!..

A few questions first, do you know anything about programming, are you a beginner or you have some or a lot of knowledge of C++?

If you are starting, start with books, tutorials, read and watch, and try to make something yourself, find different ways, look up how people did solve the same or similar problem.

And if you have some knowledge of the language, well, you already know, read more, look things up, if you don't know something don't be afraid or shy to ask or just simply find, but first, before thinking that you can't you should try your best, write something, write how would you do it, in dissertations, and then from those try to solve part by part. You'll surely be able to figure it out your self, and as I said, if you try and fail several times, just ask and then try to remember the method, or use your version.
