How to set url of my html website?

I build website and i want to have a easy url (gamecreators.cz)

on the internet, you'll need to buy them and you'll also need a hosting service (to hold all of your website data).

in xampp though you'll need to edit httpd-vhost.conf in apache folder
and a host file from your system to make sure the domain (gamecreators.cz) are resolved back to your own computer
