Your brain is meant to forget. It will sort out everything that doesn't matter. From your brain's perspective, if you never use something, it obviously has no use. So basically, you will forget something if you never use it. There's even a proverb about it, 'use it or lose it'. So there's your remedy: Write code using what you've learned! And not just once, but frequently! That's the point of learning how to program in the first place, right? Writing programs. No one would learn how to bake cakes if they had no intention of ever baking cakes. You can assist your memorization with learning techniques, most importantly a good repetition schedule. Let me share once again what I prepared about that topic: https://code.sololearn.com/W4P13u4XCmf9/?ref=app https://code.sololearn.com/cBsq5rYsIB1A/?ref=app https://code.sololearn.com/cL3QVCSUn0bp/?ref=app

1) Recall what you learn atleast once before you go to bed. 2) Just think how and where are those elements or attributes are used. 3) Think about the mistakes that you did and later referred something to understand it well. 4) Try to share it with others when you have learnt something for a while so that you do not forget a lot of stuffs if you are not coding for some time.
