Why the people says that C++ is one of the hardest language to learn?

I see that the people comment that is better learn first Java, HTML or another language and have many experience before start to learn C++... Why?

Won't and can't say C++ be easy, but ... those who says C++ is one of the hardest programming languages should try Assembly, to better understand the true meaning of "hard" 😆

bytecode and scripting languages keeps safe space for programmers, to avoid making unnecessarily dangerous mistakes. Also in scripting there are not rules about types. C/C++ are powerful also in low programming without this limitations but it is a bit harder to program with this risk in mind and take care of everything myself.

Yeah everyone says that so I guess it might be true. But personally, I found myself more comfortable with it than Java or C#.
