Seb TheS yes in 2015 they had makeup, photography and Excel etc. but I think they made it just a programming app around 2016.

All of the courses are free.
Or are you talking about why the tutorial factory was removed?

I don't know if it still will work:

MichelleD the thing you are talking about is very old version of app I suppose.
Now Sololearn is well developed and is for specialised programming only.

Makeup, photography, Word, Excel?
Has SoloLearn ever had those tutorials?
Are you aware of that SoloLearn is specialized for programming, are you just confusing SoloLearn to another app or website?

Paul Jacobs you are right it was there before but not it is not there.

They now only have programming courses. I wonder how long ago it was they had the courses you mention.

What is Tutorial factory?

MichelleD (Not tutorial factory, but lesson factory)
Lesson factory was a tool which allowed SoloLearn members to make their own tutorials, but that feature was removed with an update in december.

It's great that Pro membership is not compulsory for the current courses.

Seb TheS by Pro, I guess he means Pro member, I.e. due to payment or being amongst the first 100 to finish Code coach.

Auwal Idris normally, to become a Pro member, you need to get a paid membership where you pay a monthly fee to Sololearn. Occasionally, they have contests where some winners get access to Pro membership for free (maybe for a limited time).

Seb TheS thanks for the clarification š

Yes & No? Do you still offer free tutorials under the SoLearn training? Example you had a makeup & photography training & etc.

I recommend that they put more certifications on aothers langueges and frames like Angular, spring, node, kotlin and etc.

Auwal Idris yes the tutorials increase your knowledge and certificates are, up to a point, validation of your progress. However, with many online certificates, one can even get someone else to do the work and there is no real proof of one's competence via the certificate alone. If you think they will help your CV, don't hesitate to use them.

Auwal Idris You can use SoloLearn's certificate in your CV, but I think the certificates wouldn't have big weight on your CV, because the certificates don't prove your knowledge.

Auwal Idris I don't know, but I think the tutorials are so basic that making the certificates real wouldn't be worth it.

Auwal Idris use sololearn certificates in cv
