Hidden message in web address

does the random characters used in website address has a hidden meaning ? for example: /CandHome_1.aspx?igr=7Xl/H08/nnoPw1G/DZuln3rur78646wR4r+KhZuj1yU=#no-back-button and if yes please let me know how to decipher it ?

yes, some of them just some sort of randomized key or a binary data in base64 encoded string. they'll always have a meaning in a system, how and why ? only the people who know how the system work know.

random _id generated by database when a new entry is created, which then is used as the route when rendering webpages dynamically.
