What is the most user friendly (less or no coding at all) cms and framework for beginner to create website?

helo, as a newbie with no basic coding knowledge, could u tell me regarding myquestion? in otherhand i will start to learn html5, css3 and javascript to improve my front end coding knowledge. many thx n regards.

@immanuel: thx bro, instead of start with ms front pages, now im trying to get deeper in web builder plugin. I choose wordpress as installed cms in my web hosting n try elementor as web builder. The next one i want to learn in regards to my custom api n personnal api payment gateway. Thx for your advise

dear cheeze n max_n, thx for your advise.. seems weebly is instant web builder not independent cms and framework, i'll try typo3 offline by xampp before buy a hosting n domain. hope it works. thx once again :)
