Linux laptop

I am planning to buy a laptop. Not sure to go for which os which brand. I am learning python as a beginner, would like to master python. Would like to do web development, ML( in future) Want to work with WordPress and etc. Also want to do intermediate video editing (optional) Can anyone suggest a laptop for me ?

Basically most current laptop are capable of what you want. Video render need resources but I would not do that on laptop anyway edit is fine but render take ages
