What is svg and how to draw images using that ?

i saw in some website logo's design by svg

Blender's not designed for SVG graphics ( maybe he can handle it less or more, but its purpose's to 3D graphics )...
InkScape is free and designed specifically for SVG drawings: its inerface is close to that of Corel Draw, for those who knows ^^

SVG is scalable vector graphic. you can create these by either coding them like XML or by using blender, a free software.
