How to add a small animation after successfully signup or login and redirected them to a specific page?

Question

I want when a user successfully registers after clicking the "register button" a animation will pop up and tell them they successfully registered and will redirect them to a specific page. Same as for login. Please someone help me. My backend is in PHP.
