cancel subscription
Hey guys, how can I cancel my pro subscription before the expiration date. When I went to "Manage subscription", I did not see any instruction on how to cancel this subscription. Have you guys ever been in this situation before? How could you guys eventually figure out how to unsubscribe? Thanks in advance. Btw, I already emailed sololearn admin. Still waiting for their response.

Dealing with such stuff is frustrating, but rest assured, SL administrators usually respond to queries within 24 hours. Let us know if it isn't resolved by then.

Khai123 have you contacted SoloLearn by their email info@sololearn.com ? I'm sure they can give you a solution as this is a pro subscription matter.

Khai123 No, but I can try to contact SL on your behalf should 24 hours pass without you getting a response. What we do now is to wait. I'm sure the admins will respond as soon as possible.

You can mention someone by type a @ and then put the name of the person who you want to tag.
But mostly it works with the people from your Followers / following list.
@<name> //without the < and > chars

Gurveen A few questions such as is the Apple account under your parents names ? Did someone else have the phone number say within the past 6 months. Did you use your personal credit card or someone else's ? Was the subscription a gift from someone and it was purchased on a gift card ?
I'm not an active Apple user but just suggesting some other possibilities.

i went to settings on ios and tapped "subscriptions" and even though i saw my subscription labeled"active" i did not see "cancel subscription"
