I want to develope a charity website for my community were people can donate a particular amount of money to eachother.. Wen a donor registers in the website, he will have a profile were he will be required to fill in his bank account details.. After registration, the website will assign him to another member who has already donated a fund to an account assigned to him or her. This donor account cannot be active until he donates a fund to whomever the system assign to him.. Its only the donee will be able to activate the donor profile (account)
