Hi Nedia.
For programming the system should be have to core I 5 and upper and it should have CPU 4 and it should have 1 Terabytes Hard. I use virtual studio 2015 for X++ and it also has HTML and any language that you want.

Try to buy which has more or equal to 8gb ram atleast

good advice but in the end it depends on what you are doing.
don’t buy a computer now if you don’t yet know how to make use of it.
you can write and run code on your phone.
