Can someone please help me with my laptop?

Question

My laptop is not booting up.
When I turn on the power it just turns on and nothing happens.
I've tried draining the residual electricity, changing the ram slots
I think maybe it's a corrupt BIOS i don't know

if you can take the back off to get to the system board, locate the CMOS battery and remove it, wair a few seconds, put it back in and try powering on again.
