[SOLVED] One inappropriate group is trying to add me.

Question

Please, can anybody tell me what to do? The group is very bad, they are again and again sending inappropriate messages to me and when I am declining group request they are again and again adding me. Please tell me what to do now.

Take screenshots of everything and send them to [e-mail] as mentioned by DishaAhuja. Afterward, add a moderator to the group so that an investigation can be done on our end and action can be taken wherever necessary.

it seems new here, getting invited to groups you dont want to join oe getting private msg w a link by someone w no coding skills or challenges - looks like spam
too bad you cant just try to learn in peace
hope its easy to detect this kind of abuse - tx for posting the issue so others are aware

Rajat Porwal report the screenshot of group to [e-mail] by explaining whole scenario they will look after that. You can share this with any moderator to having an prior inquiry about that group behaviour by providing screenshot to any moderator.

SoloLearn is aware of users being bothered by not being able to filter who can send them private-messages & group-invites/adds. From what I've heard through the grape-vine, they are currently developing a solution to this issue.

For DM abuse, do the following:
1. Screenshot ALL of the evidence (entire conversation).

2. Save the user's profile-link and ANY other evidence

3. BLOCK THE USER!

4. Send all the info to [e-mail]. You may have to be patient for a response

5. Report user using in-app tools

If you feel threatend, harrased, abused, etc. do this:

1. DM a moderator
or
2.
use this thread to report. Do not contact Moderators for DM problems.

Leave the group each time they add you. If they are persistent, get a mod involved.

When the person who has created the inappropriate group seen my post, he immediately deleted his group and even left his account of sololearn. So I was unable to take any action. He has created his sololearn account just for time pass, I have seen his profile. He did not learned anything from sololearn and just created it for chatting.
