Standalone application in Python

I am currently learning Python and I want to create a standalone application with python. Can you suggest me how to make a standalone application in Python?

You need file for pc (exe) or android (apk)?

For exe you can use "pip" - file manager language of Python (package management system, which is used to install and manage software package)
OR
program cx_Freeze (for small py files)

For apk use Kivy framework.
