My pre interview questions the manager asked me

Have I worked on supporting live site? What role you have played?

I don't understand what he means?

I believe he was asking you if you have maintained a website on the Internet. In that case, what have you done to maintain it, E.G maybe the front-end?

By the way, this isn't a valid question according to Sololearn guidelines. A better place to post this would be in your own personal feed.
