React Needed and Laravel need
I am learning javascript and I need framework for it.I suggest you to add it in courses. And for backend developers laravel is necessary to be added in courses.

Better is opinion based it wouldn't help you to know what I think is better. Try out both and find out what is better suited for *your* purposes.

the learning curve of angular is much steeper than of React, because Angular is robust framework and react is simply a library, like Jquery but much more advanced. to sum it up, React is way easier to learn than Angular

I would recommend to start with React, and in the future to migrate to Vue (if you would like to, of course). Vue is the future in my opinion because it is a combination between React's best things and Angular's best things. after all, it was created by a google ex-employee who wotked with angular, so he knows what he's doing đ
currently the battle of the frameworks in both popularity and likeness is between React.js and Vue.js
