Nonproxy http for tomcat

Question

I use tomcat proxy to access internet (google urls only) in offline server and I tried to use nonproxy to access other servers (they were working before adding proxy) now there are not working.
I edit catalina.sh and catalina.properties
I add nonproxy to both files
