Yes, you can. Just put some ads into your code but yes, don't put pop-up ads since it then goes against the sololearn guidelines.

I personally contacted sololearn for this info!

Also yes, from my experience I have learnt that you should refrain from putting too many ads on sololearn because the ads cpm will go low plus the sololearn community won't like it!
