Is it necessary to be good in mathematics for being a good programmer?

You really don't need to have a deep understanding of mathematics. One of the advantages of programming is that it stimulates logical reasoning.

You should learn only statistics in mathematics. Rest nothing is required.

I'm worst in mathematics and I'm right now a java software developer as beginner level. So I don't think to be a mathematician in programming. It's all about how logically you solve the problems....

knowledge in, general mathematics,together with adequate Compter skills, may be enough, for being good programmer. Mathematics being core subject for many faculties, you may learn complex mathematics for ameliorated programming.

No, but it can be handy. However you need to be good in logic, and most people that are good in logic are good in math as well..
