As i thought:
cx - circle x axis
cy - circle y axis
r - radius

X and y are coordinates and r is radius

Cx means the position of the circle on x-axis(horizontally from left). Cy means the position of the circle on y-axis(vertically from top). r means radius

R - radius of the circle

Note: the 'c' stands for center not circle. cx and cy can also be used for elipses not only circles
