Hello everyone can you help me please ?
I recently finished HTML and CSS courses here, but didn't practice them and i want to learn JavaScript but don't know if i should learn Java first in order to help me understand JavaScript , i really don't know what to do know should i practice HTML and CSS alot before going for JavaScript ? help me please :)

No need to learn Java.
You can practice HTML and CSS a bit, then learn JavaScript, then come back to improve your previous works.

JavaScript and Java have VERY little in common, and learning one will give you almost no insight into learning the other. Java's also not really directly tied in with HTML and CSS (and web dev in general), so it's definitely not vital that you learn it.
If you're trying to do the web development track, you do need to know HTML and CSS a *bit*, but you can pretty quickly move on to JavaScript.
