I don't think you have any chance to work for Google without any experience. also you should be able to use Google's search engine to find your answers.

Since they dont even know how to use search engine and they think they can work is this some kind of joke.
like dude programmers there Are really experienced and knowledgeble .
I think its better for you to start coding rather than thinking how can you get a job at google.

A skill set is required of the highest. To land a job as coder with Google you literally need to be part of "the best of the best". I know thiz because I did a project with a guy who worked for Google SA and even here the bar is srt exceptionally high so when you think Google Head Quarters you must be very well known and rspected in the coding world and can never pin it down to a single language but rather what is known as full stack development

I don't think experience is mandatory to work with google. should be excellent in programming. clear code jam, crack interviews and you can have offer. but yeah they reject even if you are excellent in programming. but yes you can try if you feel you are that level.
