Android 5 and above have the feature of recording the code story. You can check your device information and send an feedback via in app feedback mechanism to make more brief query regarding that feature. You can also mail them to know about the issue more if your device is having newer Android version.

Bro!! Same here. Your device have must the capability to record screen.
Older verison of Android devices are unable to use that feature.
