brother, first of all, welcome to this fantastic world. Truly speaking, if you want to know the basics of the coding, please go for C. If you have a good basis ( I am not talking about 100% skills) on C, you can easily jump over any language within a very short time. but Starting with other languages is not so convenient that what C provides you. moreover, Python is easier than C. hence, html and css is another good option for web, though these are not that much tough languages. Choice is yours.
