At first try to learn css basic concepts through sololearn then try utube practical courses and finally find a beautifull enough website and try to implement it by yourself Note: don't forget Flexbox

Take your time. Do some little projects as you go to re-inforce the learning process. Peruse through the comments after each section, there is some good pointers tucked away there

In my opinion you can start with html (tags)and then css(blocks) And take the advantage also to read the comment section in each part of the course because they add you more information about the language you are trying to learn thanks to presence of some engeners there and don't forget to practise what you learnt to be familiar with the syntax and by the end of enjoy to create your own website Hope it is helpful
