Is learning Algorithms & DS will make me solve any problem like a champ?

Is learning Algorithms will make me find a solution to any problem or it is just will make my solutions (that I have to figure out myself) better ?

Learning algorithms will make you find a solution to only some problems but they will improve your logical thinking. That logical thinking will help you find better solutions(using the learnt algorithms or not) but you'll also need experience and creativity to solve problems like a champ
