If you mean everything of basics, then yes you can find pretty enough of good tutorials on YT.
But a course that will cover also intermediate stuff, nope. :)
Firstly learn the basics & then dive into many PHP projects you'd like to make. (Google for it) That's how you will acquire more skills and improve yourself.

It depends what you are looking for.. It contains explanations on how to write and use the PHP functions. With that you have all the necesary information to do whatever you want, given that you can develop it.
